Job Duties:
- Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other fiduciary structures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant trust and company laws, regulations, and client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing advice and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the preparation of trust documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client matters.
- Provide support with business development activities and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates to clients on relevant developments.
- Ensure that all administrative processes and procedures are followed.
Job Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services (other suitable candidates will be considered).
- In-depth knowledge of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.
- Strong understanding of trust and company law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Proven track record in managing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
