Job Duties:
- Perform cash reconciliations and manage related journal entries.
- Handle audit requests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Investment Services team.
- Ensure all operational processes align with the company’s compliance standards.
- Document facts and maintain records for internal and external audits.
- Identify areas for process improvement within banking operations.
- Support business management tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Engage in statistical and financial analysis as required.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to improve business operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience within a banking environment.
- Proven experience with cash reconciliation, journals, and audit processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of business administration and financial management practices.
- Competent with planning, forecasting, and budgeting tasks.
- Ability to remain composed, take initiative, and demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented approach.
