Senior Administrator, Client Services

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, focusing on delivering exceptional client service. This full-time role involves handling the full life cycle of client relationships, from client take-on to ongoing administration. You will support the department's management team in day-to-day operational matters and play a key role in upholding high standards of regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Job Duties:

  • Administer a varied portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring effective management of client relationships
  • Provide technical support and training to the team as needed, understanding the transactions being worked on
  • Nurture client relationships to maximise the potential for repeat business and referrals
  • Assist with the incorporation of Guernsey companies and handle related new business acceptance tasks
  • Process work efficiently, meeting deadlines, managing WIP, and supporting debt collection activities
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across your client portfolio and swiftly address any issues
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure accurate client due diligence and up-to-date client reviews
  • Maintain corporate services practice management databases with accurate data input
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry standards
  • Maintain required CPD levels for your role
  • Perform any additional ad hoc duties as requested

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of corporate, trust, and fiduciary services principles
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on prioritisation and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach, aligned with the firm's values of mutual respect and collaboration
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Part or fully qualified with STEP or ICSA, with a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Familiarity with industry software such as Document Management Systems (e.g., Worksite) and Viewpoint is advantageous
