Job Duties:
- Lead and manage Shareholder Services and Valuations & Administration staff.
- Review and organise workload within the team, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Attend client and board meetings, providing expert advice and support as needed.
- Contribute to internal operational, management, and compliance meetings.
- Review valuations, investor communications, and manage distributions.
- Authorise transactions, including payment of invoices and other expenses.
- Liaise with clients, property managers, and other relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate time billing records, updating the system daily.
- Display and adhere to corporate values in all aspects of your role.
- Provide guidance, support, and development to team members as part of line management responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior funds and corporate role, with expertise in administration, governance services, fund accounting, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting, legal, and regulatory matters for funds under administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accounting platforms.
