Client Services Officer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join their Client Support team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality service to clients by executing requests and instructions efficiently. You will be actively engaging with clients, distribution partners, and service providers, while contributing to the team's objectives of maintaining excellent client service standards. Job Duties:

  • Adhere to service standards and established processes to execute client requests.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal business functions and stakeholders.
  • Monitor assigned cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping on systems used for processing client work.
  • Review work periodically to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle complaints, errors, and omissions following company guidelines.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to staff training programmes.
  • Ensure that fees for services rendered are posted promptly and correctly.
  • Assist in casework as required, supporting the team and business needs.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader and Senior Officer for workload allocation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable using phone and video technology.
  • Ability to maintain good client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, high level of commitment, and professional conduct.
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs.
