Our client is seeking a dedicated Manager for the Transfers and Distributions team within the Employer Solutions division. Job Duties:
- Oversee and review all distribution, transfer, loan, and pension payment requests.
- Mitigate risks within the team and ensure adherence to processes.
- Maintain and develop relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals, focusing on client retention.
- Liaise with intermediaries to conclude transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place.
- Source legal and tax advice as needed and act as the main point of contact for advisors.
- Respond promptly to participant queries and provide regular client updates.
- Document trustee decision-making and maintain regular communication with other Employer Solutions teams.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports, providing feedback and support.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and company policy obligations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in people management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in employee benefits or trusts is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service.
