Temporary Data Analyst - 12 months

Our client is looking for a Temporary Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract (37.5 hours per week). You will be part of the Client Lifecycle team, supporting client-facing teams in effectively using onboarding systems and enhancing data quality for accurate management reporting. Job Duties:

  • Maintain and reconcile data between systems, identify anomalies, and take corrective actions.
  • Analyse data trends to suggest process improvements for better data quality.
  • Assist in developing management information reporting tools.
  • Draft monthly monitoring reports for submission to the Acceptance Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Data Office to ensure data retention and access comply with relevant policies.
  • Support data quality improvements and enhance management reporting capabilities.
  • Verify account details in acceptance systems and assist in client refreshes and periodic reviews.
  • Update client records in relevant systems and communicate changes to the Client Delivery Support team.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cover for Onboarding support team members when needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and identify trends.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to follow procedures and document processes without error.
  • Capable of working independently and within teams to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with various levels within the firm.
  • Ability to draft management reports and provide timely management information and KPIs.
  • Desirable: Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Desirable: Core Alteryx Certification.
