Trainee Administrator, Client Services

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to join their busy and ambitious Client Services team in Jersey. This full-time role involves providing high-quality administrative support for a portfolio of corporate clients. Job Duties:

  • Assist with client due diligence and compliance checks for new business.
  • Support the client acceptance process.
  • Provide ongoing administrative assistance for the management of client entities.
  • Ensure timely scanning and filing of client documentation.
  • Input and maintain data within the corporate services practice management database.
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory filings.
  • Handle preparation of payment instructions.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A desire to succeed within a financial services role.
  • A positive and flexible approach to tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently when needed.
