Job Duties:
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
- Conduct periodic Net Investment review meetings with client-facing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
- Liaise with auditors to address accounting queries and ensure audit deliverables are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage financial controls in line with company procedures.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support divisions.
- Attend board meetings to provide financial support.
- Lead and manage the Financial Controllers team, supporting their growth and development.
- Adhere to CPD requirements based on qualification level and company procedures.
- Uphold core values and behaviours as expected by the organisation.
- Undertake other duties as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Professional accountancy qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
