Our client is seeking a Senior Trust & Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of clients, including trusts and companies, and handling a variety of arrangements, some of which may be complex in nature. Job Duties:
- Liaising with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, and government authorities by telephone and in writing.
- Attending meetings with clients and representing their interests.
- Drafting minutes and resolutions, and preparing documents for both routine and complex transactions.
- Ensuring statutory records are kept up to date and accurately maintained.
- Conducting annual reviews of all entities under your care.
- Ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
- Delegating tasks and reviewing work completed by junior team members.
- Undertaking ad hoc project work as required.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
- Studying towards a STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong numeracy and computer skills.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Capability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
