Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with Human Resources best practices. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives, drive performance management, and foster organisational development. Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources, the role includes executing people-related activities such as talent management, succession planning, and compliance with Human Resources regulations. Job Duties:
- Provide coaching to managers on leadership practices and foster accountability and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and Human Resources regulations.
- Champion performance management, including compensation, succession planning, and people development.
- Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring accountability for behaviour change.
- Utilise workforce and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and priority actions.
- Align learning and development initiatives to support business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Support inclusive recruitment, development, and promotion practices.
- Maintain an external network to stay updated on Human Resources practices in the sector.
- Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to deliver the People Strategy and annual business plans.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, preferably in a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources systems, and workforce data analysis.
- Proven experience in delivering strategic Human Resources initiatives and managing employee relations.
- Credible, ethical, and flexible with a coaching approach.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous.
