Senior Administrator, Onboarding, Pensions Administration

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Senior Administrator to support the onboarding of local, international, and individual pension plans. This role involves collecting client data, ensuring compliance with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and liaising with clients and professional advisors to deliver a professional service. Job Duties:

  • Manage the administration of onboarding new pension plans, including gathering documentation and client data.
  • Collect and verify client due diligence and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients, members, and professional advisors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with business development administration activities.
  • Support the bank account opening process for new clients.
  • Conduct client periodic reviews and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and support team members under the guidance of the Onboarding and Implementation Manager.


Job Requirements:

  • GCSEs or A Levels in English and Maths (or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Knowledge of Guernsey CDD requirements for individuals and corporates.
  • Experience in the finance sector, particularly onboarding new clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Confident in responding to client queries via telephone, face-to-face, and email.
