Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Fund Administrator to support their administration team. This full-time role involves assisting with the efficient delivery of administration services to a diverse portfolio of fund administration clients. Job Duties: 

  • Assist with administering a varied portfolio of Guernsey domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures.
  • Support administrative projects to maintain high service levels for clients.
  • Provide assistance with Company Secretarial duties, including convening Board Meetings and taking minutes.
  • Assist with audits across various companies and structures.
  • Conduct client due diligence for both new and existing clients.
  • Aid in FATCA and CRS reporting processes.
  • Process banking transactions and payments.
  • Update timesheets daily.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Capability to multi-task efficiently.
