Job Duties:
- Review and resolve inaccuracies in billing reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly billing.
- Monitor billing sequences to support month-end and year-end reporting.
- Input Calorific Values into the system daily.
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing calculations.
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets for Consecutive Estimate, Non-Sign Up, and No Usage.
- Oversee commercial and domestic accounts.
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and strategies to enhance team performance.
- Ensure timely distribution of bills and completion of audits.
- Resolve invoice disputes while fostering strong customer relationships.
- Apply daily payments to accounts and process Direct Debit runs.
- Manage and clear ADDACS and unpaid transactions daily.
- Conduct Direct Debit reviews promptly.
- Follow the dunning and enforcement processes.
- Process credit checks and refunds.
- Oversee daily postal dispatch operations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in billing and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage billing cycles effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in payment processing and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with compliance and enforcement procedures.
