Our client is seeking an experienced Statutory Officer to join their specialised team, providing essential corporate services and operational support. The role involves taking responsibility for statutory operational tasks, ensuring regulatory filings, reporting, and fees are completed accurately and on time to maintain good standing for client companies. Working within a non-client-facing team, the successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, providing guidance on statutory matters, and supporting the overall objectives of the business.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and file annual returns across various jurisdictions.
- Handle company formations, transfers, restorations, dissolutions, and liquidations.
- Manage statutory registers, including appointments, resignations, and share transfers.
- Prepare and maintain beneficial ownership reporting, ID and verification for authorised signatories, and other statutory documentation.
- Oversee LEI registrations and renewals, as well as ROE registrations and renewals.
- Coordinate payments for foreign agents’ fees.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input and management in line with data protection regulations.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as delegated by line management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience within the fiduciary field, with an understanding of statutory operational tasks.
- Knowledge of fiduciary structures and the regulatory environment in which they operate.
- Strong technical competence with the ability to share knowledge effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritise under pressure.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a flexible and professional approach.
- Fluent in English.
