Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Services Administrator to provide administrative support within the Operations function on a temporary basis for a period of 12 months. This role involves acting as the technical and processing specialist for the Account Services teams to ensure service level agreements are met and business-as-usual operations are supported. This is a fixed-term contract based in the Isle of Man, and applicants must reside there.
Job Duties:
- Act as a point of referral for junior colleagues, resolving complex and unusual client queries across the Operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and service charters, maintaining efficient and effective account services.
- Promote and encourage positive business changes within teams, fostering understanding and adoption of new processes.
- Manage fraud cases by liaising with external fraud teams and clients to gather necessary information and resolve disputes effectively.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate collaboration across crossover functions to support team objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary/High school qualifications (A levels or equivalent).
- 3–4 years of experience working in operations teams across various processing and functional areas.
- Strong knowledge and application of business intelligence and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement practices and creative problem solving.
- Demonstrated understanding of operations risk management and commercial acumen.
