Our client is seeking an experienced Trust Relationship Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in Jersey and is only open to candidates who currently reside in Jersey and have the right to work. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of a portfolio of complex trust and company structures, building strong client relationships, and identifying business development opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures in line with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
- Act as a key contact for clients, providing high-quality relationship management and service
- Lead and document client meetings, ensuring all action points are followed up effectively
- Identify and refer new business opportunities to Trust Executives
- Ensure all client entities meet compliance and risk management standards
- Liaise with colleagues across jurisdictions to support client needs and business growth
- Monitor and address issues highlighted in management reporting packs
- Maintain accurate records and support data integrity across the portfolio
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Finance and Accounting (or equivalent)
- 5–7 years’ experience in trust and company administration
- Excellent working knowledge of trusts and companies across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of fiduciary, financial, and regulatory responsibilities
- Ability to interpret trust deeds, financial statements, and legal documents
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness
