Job Duties:
- Analyse, design, and develop technology solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with end users, developers, business analysts, and project managers to provide task estimates and discuss technical options.
- Develop and maintain in-house systems and lifecycle documentation for online services and related systems.
- Evaluate third-party tools and provide recommendations to enhance technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot online service environment problems and implement updates for SharePoint and CRM systems.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and maintaining high standards in solutions development.
- Contribute to the implementation of the organisation’s IT strategy and Balanced Scorecard Objectives.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of development platforms, software, and infrastructure.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, DevOps, and Python (desirable).
- Knowledge of UML/Archimate, Selenium, and general development protocols (desirable).
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint, ASP.Net MVC with Angular, MS SQL Server, and Azure Services (advantageous).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.
- Effective time management and ability to contribute to project deliverables.
- Commitment to professional development and willingness to pursue relevant training and qualifications.
