Our client is seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to join their team, primarily supporting operations in Jersey with potential involvement in other jurisdictions. The role involves assisting with compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and the development of compliance processes, ensuring adherence to a variety of regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the compliance monitoring programme and carry out related tasks.
- Support the production of regular compliance reports.
- Handle tasks associated with managing CPD for the wider business.
- Monitor and maintain key regulatory registers, including breaches, complaints, and PEPs.
- Manage the Jersey Compliance Calendar and internal Compliance Mailbox.
- Assist with requests related to regulatory, audit, and reliance obligations.
- Develop and implement compliance guidance and processes for both global and Jersey operations.
- Support the global client screening process when required.
- Provide compliance advice within areas of expertise.
- Deliver other compliance-related activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate-level qualification or higher, or working towards one.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret regulations constructively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in report writing and presenting review findings clearly.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel to other office locations as required.
