Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide professional trust and company administration services for a diverse portfolio of private clients. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities, ensuring activities comply with governing documents.
- Oversee tax obligations, including timely completion of tax returns and payments.
- Handle incoming correspondence promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Prepare attendance notes, minutes, and meeting documents as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Client Accounting Solutions team for maintaining records and preparing annual accounts.
- Manage the billing process, including reviewing billing summaries and draft invoices.
- Maintain and update database records, including statutory registers.
- Monitor aged debts and liaise with relevant departments to maintain tight control.
- Conduct periodic client reviews according to established schedules.
- Ensure colleagues are briefed on client matters during periods of absence and assist with their responsibilities when necessary.
- Maintain an awareness of local regulatory requirements and escalate risks promptly.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Manager, Management team, or Directors.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to A level or degree standard.
- At least two years of trust and company administration experience.
- Ideally holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA or STEP) to Certificate Level.
- Strong technical knowledge of local company and trust laws and regulations.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
