Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support their risk and compliance functions. This role involves performing a variety of compliance-related duties, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position is based in Guernsey and offers a supportive working environment with opportunities to contribute to the efficient operations of the compliance team.
Job Duties:
- Inspecting new sanctions against the CSP’s database.
- Monitoring sanction screening and adverse media screening platforms against client and asset lists daily, and performing ad hoc checks as required.
- Assisting with compliance monitoring programme testing.
- Reviewing new customer due diligence (CDD) and updating/maintaining existing CDD files.
- Assisting in maintaining regulatory registers, such as PEP, PoA, Gift, Conflict, and Beneficial Ownership Submissions.
- Attending regular risk and compliance meetings.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Compliance Officer or MLCO.
- Fielding regulatory and compliance queries to support administration teams in meeting their obligations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with 4Series and Acumen (particularly desirable).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
