Compliance Administrator

Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support their risk and compliance functions. This role involves performing a variety of compliance-related duties, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position is based in Guernsey and offers a supportive working environment with opportunities to contribute to the efficient operations of the compliance team. 

Job Duties: 

  • Inspecting new sanctions against the CSP’s database.
  • Monitoring sanction screening and adverse media screening platforms against client and asset lists daily, and performing ad hoc checks as required.
  • Assisting with compliance monitoring programme testing.
  • Reviewing new customer due diligence (CDD) and updating/maintaining existing CDD files.
  • Assisting in maintaining regulatory registers, such as PEP, PoA, Gift, Conflict, and Beneficial Ownership Submissions.
  • Attending regular risk and compliance meetings.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Compliance Officer or MLCO.
  • Fielding regulatory and compliance queries to support administration teams in meeting their obligations.


Job Requirements: 

  • Experience with 4Series and Acumen (particularly desirable).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
