Our client is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join their Private Client Services department. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to assist a progressive team in providing comprehensive administration services to an international client base. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks, supporting the management of Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships.
Job Duties:
- Assisting with the administration of a client portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships.
- Undertaking bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records.
- Drafting written instructions and online payments for distributions, dividends, and professional fees.
- Preparing draft minutes and general correspondence for review by senior team members.
- Maintaining an accurate statutory database for the client portfolio.
- Liaising with intermediaries such as banks, law firms, and other professional advisors.
- Providing general support to the team as required.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate or school leaver with an interest in private client services.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commercial outlook with a strong ability to follow procedures.
- Demonstrable aptitude for learning new tasks and systems.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
