Job Duties:
- Utilise digital tools to analyse client data and generate compliance dashboards and reports.
- Act as the primary Risk and Compliance contact for specific compliance digital applications, ensuring effective performance and data integrity, and liaising with IT teams and application vendors or developers.
- Lead global Risk and Compliance digital processes to ensure proper functionality and allocate work appropriately, including re-working existing processes to transition to digital-led workflows or outsourcing.
- Test controls for digital compliance processes and ensure risk data integrity within compliance applications such as AML screening tools.
- Collaborate with the broader Risk and Compliance team, other Business Service teams, and business units to ensure a unified approach to legal and regulatory compliance data management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with client data in Compliance, Risk, Client Administration, or operational control within a regulated Financial Services business.
- Strong knowledge of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI; knowledge of UK or EU jurisdictions is beneficial.
- Thorough understanding of AML regulations in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and the UK.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and use new client administration systems and digital workflows.
- A process-oriented mindset with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with large data sets, effectively organising and analysing information with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- A proactive team player with robust time management skills and a collaborative approach.
