Our client, a leading membership-based organisation supporting UK SMEs, is seeking a skilled Business Process Engineer for 6 - 12 months temporary contract. The role focuses on analysing and enhancing business processes to improve the delivery of services and benefits to members. Job Duties:
- Review and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance member services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and align process improvements with organisational objectives.
- Document workflows, procedures, and process changes in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Utilise data analysis to measure the impact of process changes and make recommendations for further optimisation.
- Lead training sessions and provide support to team members on new processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards during process redesign.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in business process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of SME business challenges and membership-based services is advantageous.
