Temporary Accounting Technician - 3-6 months

Our client is seeking a skilled Accounting Technician or qualified-by-experience professional to join their team on a 3–6-month contract. The successful candidate will work from Peel, providing VAT support, bookkeeping, and accounts preparation. The role requires an immediate start and offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly experienced and reputable team.

Job Duties:

• Perform VAT preparation and submission for clients.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with accounts preparation for various clients.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Technician or similar role, including VAT and accounts preparation.
• Strong bookkeeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to start the contract.
• Experience in ICO/blockchain accounting is an advantage but not essential.
