Our client is seeking a Supervisor to join their private wealth and corporate services team. This role involves managing a portfolio of private wealth relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting the Trust Manager in overseeing a team. The successful candidate will provide technical and managerial guidance to junior staff, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of client relationship management.
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high service standards and adherence to KPIs.
- Oversee and prioritise workloads, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Liaise with other departments on accounting, taxation, and operational matters.
- Offer technical support to junior staff on complex client relationship issues.
- Develop relationships with intermediaries and service providers.
- Review trust and company accounts as well as financial reports.
- Attend meetings with existing and prospective clients and intermediaries.
- Seek opportunities for new business and cross-selling across the group.
- Monitor financial and economic developments to identify client needs.
- Understand and adhere to legal, regulatory, and risk management policies.
- Proactively identify and report risks and potential issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
- Assist with training and development of team members.
- Participate in appraisals and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on industry developments and undertake continuing professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and proven experience in offshore fiduciary services.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex fiduciary issues.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of financial markets and general financial practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, staff, and intermediaries.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
