Our client is seeking ACA or ACCA-qualified auditors with proven experience to join their team. Based in St Helier, this full-time role offers involvement in all aspects of audit assignments, from planning through to completion, with opportunities for career progression in a growing firm. Audit seniors will lead teams, manage deadlines, and provide technical advice to clients while supporting junior team members’ development.
Job Duties:
- Plan audit fieldwork and lead audit teams.
- Liaise directly with clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage multiple simultaneous assignments, ensuring audit deadlines are met.
- Prepare audit working papers and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Provide technical advice to clients, researching and resolving audit issues.
- Train and support junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Promote audit quality and excellence throughout assignments.
Job Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA-qualified.
- Minimum 2:1 degree and at least one year of experience in an audit firm environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of the audit process and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proven leadership or coaching experience to guide and support teams.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hardworking, ambitious, and committed to personal growth.
