Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager to join one of their busy and growing client-facing teams. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking for future career progression. The successful candidate will support the Client Administration Team by managing daily operations, overseeing administrators, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3–5 years of experience who is eager to take the next step in their career.
Job Duties:
- Provide first-line supervision and mentorship to team administrators.
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning within the team.
- Conduct objective setting, appraisals, and regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, including leave and sickness tracking.
- Manage and oversee client entities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Act as a client company director, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Oversee time management and workflow for the team, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Assist with applications for gambling licences and onboarding of new business.
- Ensure adherence to CSP obligations and governance procedures.
- Provide support for cannabis sector clients and collaborate with business development.
- Continuously assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prioritise regulatory deadlines, such as GSC returns.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance compliance frameworks.
- Foster collaboration across teams and departments, particularly with the eGaming Compliance Team.
- Represent the company professionally at external events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in client administration.
- Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to assess risk and ensure procedural compliance.
- Experience in decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- A management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
