Our client is seeking a Manager, Client Services (Corporate) to join their growing Governance Services team in Jersey. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high-quality administration and client service. The successful candidate will support the development of a motivated team, providing technical guidance and training.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring effective relationship management.
- Act as a role model, supporting the development of highly proficient administrators.
- Provide technical support and training to team members.
- Manage client expectations and nurture valuable relationships to enhance the firm’s reputation.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely processing of work.
- Maintain high service levels across the client portfolio, addressing issues promptly.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence and up-to-date client reviews.
- Support data accuracy and maintenance within the corporate services practice management system.
- Assist with annual client entity reviews.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly billing process and monitor outstanding fees.
- Maintain required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) levels.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate administration.
- A relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software.
- Experience with specialist software, such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive and flexible approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
