Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team as a Junior / Corporate Administrator. The successful candidate will support senior administrators in managing client portfolios, ensuring all administrative, financial, and compliance requirements are met efficiently. This role involves liaising with clients, financial teams, and outsourced service providers to maintain high service standards and long-term business relationships.
Job Duties:
- Assist senior administrators with client portfolio management, from onboarding to liquidation.
- Handle bank payments, statutory work, periodic reviews, and FATCA/CRS reporting.
- Communicate with outsourcing teams regarding bank payments, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with accounts teams, responding to queries promptly to facilitate financial statement preparation and tax return filings.
- Ensure timely completion of client onboarding and closedown processes.
- Manage diary prompts to track outstanding matters and maintain organised records.
- Support management in achieving financial targets, including chasing outstanding fees and assisting with invoicing.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Follow work standards, procedures, and systems to optimise efficiency and service delivery.
- Complete and submit timesheets weekly by the designated deadline.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT/CPF regulations and JFSC guidelines.
- Monitor and fulfil Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for all clients.
- Respond to compliance queries within required timeframes.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- Keep a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) log and meet annual learning requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in trust or corporate administration is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with compliance, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administration systems.
- A proactive approach to professional development and industry knowledge.
