Our client is seeking a File Review Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate completion of client entity reviews in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining high service standards, contributing to process improvements, and supporting risk management efforts. The successful candidate will also assist in updating policies and procedures while fostering effective working relationships within the team.
Job Duties:
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc reviews of client entities.
- Document and manage action points arising from reviews.
- Ensure all reviews are completed within set timeframes.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and enhancements to the risk framework.
- Assist in updating policies and procedures to align with regulatory obligations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Identify and escalate significant matters to line management as appropriate.
- Support and develop relationships with the wider team to enhance collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment.
- A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or a similar relevant qualification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and an enquiring mindset.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is preferred.
- Good understanding of trust and corporate services and their practical applications.
- Awareness of Isle of Man and UK tax implications, as well as the Isle of Man Companies Acts and corporate governance.
- Ability to analyse and document risks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche.
- A disciplined and structured approach to work.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and work as part of a team.
