Our client is seeking an Administrator to join the corporate services team. Under the supervision of a senior team member, the successful candidate will assist in delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities. This role involves managing the workload to ensure client requests are responded to within an appropriate timeframe.
Job Duties:
- Administering a diverse portfolio of entities, primarily Jersey-incorporated companies
- Preparing minutes, resolutions, and correspondence, ensuring timely execution of documentation and statutory filings
- Maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with applicable deadlines
- Liaising with clients and third parties, including lawyers, auditors, bankers, and investment managers
- Processing bank payments, reconciling payment logs, and managing approvals
- Producing and distributing invoices, managing fee collection, and following up on outstanding debts
- Supporting additional administrative responsibilities as required by management or clients
- Assisting in the training and supervision of Trainee Administrators, providing feedback and identifying training needs
- Ensuring data integrity and maximising system efficiency to enhance client service
- Contributing to process improvements, policies, and service innovations to enhance the client experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly regarding anti-money laundering and client due diligence
- Undertaking project work and other initiatives as required
Job Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience in the finance industry preferred
- A strong academic background, ideally working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Viewpoint is advantageous
- Strong understanding of applicable statutory laws and related legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations
- Experience working with Jersey structures
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
