Junior Trust & Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a Junior Trust and Company Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will assist with the administration of trusts and companies while gaining valuable experience in a well-established and independent financial services provider. Full training will be provided.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with the administration of trusts and companies in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support senior administrators in managing client portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all entities.
  • Prepare and process documentation, including statutory filings.
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, and internal teams as required.
  • Assist with banking transactions and payment processing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a personable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
