Job Duties:
- Assisting with filing, content management, meeting pack production, and general administration.
- Arranging payments and completing requests within relevant databases to support client services.
- Providing first-line support to clients, including preparing letters, emails, and faxes.
- Supporting team members during absences with ad-hoc administration and reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and internal procedures.
- Assisting in addressing audit points as required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- A professional telephone manner and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to study towards relevant qualifications is desirable.
