Our client is seeking a Senior Officer to assist in managing fiduciary accounts within their Private Client Fiduciary Services (PCFS) business. This role involves overseeing a designated portfolio of fiduciary entities, including trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships, while working closely with Fiduciary Management, Fiduciary Structure Management, and Professional Services Group teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fiduciary operations and be working towards or have completed a relevant financial services qualification.
Job Duties:
- Assisting Fiduciaries in managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships in coordination with internal teams.
- Supporting Fiduciaries in client and advisor meetings, contributing to the expansion of client relationships.
- Providing assistance in fiduciary management procedures and analysing client requests for technical input.
- Assisting with fee reviews, work in progress (WIP) recovery, and debtors management to meet business plan targets.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and addressing audit points as required.
- Signing client communications in accordance with company policies.
- Providing coaching and mentoring where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Currently studying towards or holding a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice.
- Proven industry experience in fiduciary operations involving trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships.
- Commitment to maintaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required by regulatory authorities.
