Our client is seeking a Client Service Delivery Manager to oversee private equity operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role involves managing investor administration, cash management, and reporting while building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to operational improvements, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Job Duties:
- Overseeing investor administration, cash management, and client reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Developing strong relationships with investment advisors and third parties.
- Presenting operational matters to the Board of Directors.
- Managing internal reporting, including KPIs, risk reviews, and regulatory reporting.
- Leading and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client services.
- Reviewing and approving key deliverables while achieving signatory status post-probation.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of private equity fund administration, structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Guernsey Company Law, POI and FNCC legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Previous management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Experience in fund or private equity administration is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- A business or financial services qualification, or progress toward one, is advantageous.
