Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its Private Client Services team. This role involves providing comprehensive administration services to an international client base while managing a complex portfolio of trust and corporate structures. The successful candidate will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Job Duties:
- Administer a complex client portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, intermediaries, clients, and advisors
- Provide day-to-day training and mentoring to Assistant Administrators, enhancing their skills and knowledge
- Manage billing and debt collection processes for client portfolios
- Conduct initial reviews of working paper files for annual accounts and financial statements
- Oversee asset acquisition, monitoring, and disposal in line with company procedures
- Prepare written correspondence, Board/Trustee minutes, and checklists, or review such work when overseeing an Assistant Administrator
- Ensure client files are maintained and documented correctly and in a timely manner
- Provide general assistance to the Assistant Manager or Manager as required
Job Requirements:
- CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent qualification, or a qualified accountant
- Alternatively, a relevant functional qualification
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
