Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Global Capital Markets team in Jersey. This permanent role supports the administration of a diverse portfolio of structures, including debt capital markets, structured finance, securitisation, and escrow services. The successful candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, company incorporation, transaction processing, and corporate secretarial administration. Additionally, the role includes supporting junior team members and driving process efficiencies.
Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of structures, ensuring effective client management
- Prepare board packs, minutes, and resolutions, and attend board meetings
- Review and provide input on legal documentation
- Liaise with accountants and auditors regarding financial statements
- Prepare documentation for incorporations, dissolutions, and all associated onboarding and offboarding requirements
- Process payments and prepare payment packs
- Maintain accurate client records and update correspondence daily
- Produce and submit statutory returns
- Manage client portfolios, providing guidance and adhering to internal processes
- Support the team by taking on additional administrative responsibilities
- Develop expertise in technical matters and share knowledge with team members
- Administer orphan SPVs, including the processing of annual charitable distributions
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of client documents
- Communicate openly with clients and build strong professional relationships
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in daily tasks
- Accurately record time spent on client matters to ensure correct invoicing
