Our client is seeking an experienced trust professional to join their Fiduciary Management team. This role involves managing a portfolio of fiduciary entities, including trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships. The successful candidate will work closely with Fiduciary Management, Fiduciary Structure Management, and the Professional Services Group to deliver complex and bespoke services to clients. Job Duties:
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations, and nomineeships.
- Support Fiduciaries in client and advisor visits, helping to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide technical and procedural support within Fiduciary Management.
- Analyse client requests and liaise with Fiduciaries for input where necessary.
- Assist with fee reviews to ensure work in progress (WIP) and fee collection targets are met.
- Sign client communications in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and address any audit points.
- Coach and mentor junior team members where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP or ICSA (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of trust law, fiduciary principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex financial and legal information effectively.
