Third Party Supplier & Outsourcing Analyst

Our client is seeking a Third-Party Supplier and Outsourcing Analyst to support the management of third-party risk and outsourcing governance. Based in Jersey, this role will involve maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring effective oversight of third-party engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal teams, to enhance outsourcing processes and mitigate associated risks.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Third-Party Risk Manager in refining the third-party and outsourcing risk management framework.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including assessments and information collation.
  • Coordinate and review third-party questionnaires.
  • Maintain and update the outsourcing register.
  • Document and update third-party risk management procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing outsourcing reports for governance meetings.
  • Support Third-Party Service Managers with business-as-usual activities.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work with the In-House Legal team to address legal risks related to third-party engagements.
  • Monitor and report on third-party performance and compliance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular service reviews to ensure outsourcing arrangements meet service level agreements.
  • Develop and coordinate training programmes on third-party risk management.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for managing third-party risks.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing, or supplier governance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and third-party engagements.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining compliance registers and risk assessments.
  • Experience working with governance frameworks and risk management processes.
