Our client is seeking a Third-Party Supplier and Outsourcing Analyst to support the management of third-party risk and outsourcing governance. Based in Jersey, this role will involve maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring effective oversight of third-party engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal teams, to enhance outsourcing processes and mitigate associated risks.
Job Duties:
- Support the Third-Party Risk Manager in refining the third-party and outsourcing risk management framework.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including assessments and information collation.
- Coordinate and review third-party questionnaires.
- Maintain and update the outsourcing register.
- Document and update third-party risk management procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in preparing outsourcing reports for governance meetings.
- Support Third-Party Service Managers with business-as-usual activities.
- Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Work with the In-House Legal team to address legal risks related to third-party engagements.
- Monitor and report on third-party performance and compliance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure outsourcing arrangements meet service level agreements.
- Develop and coordinate training programmes on third-party risk management.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for managing third-party risks.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing, or supplier governance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and third-party engagements.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining compliance registers and risk assessments.
- Experience working with governance frameworks and risk management processes.
