PA Audit Department

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to support the leadership and team members within their audit department. This role involves diary management, travel logistics, document production, and client liaison. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Job Duties:

  • Manage diary scheduling and forward planning for audit leadership.
  • Organise travel logistics, including meetings, lunches, and accommodation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and meeting requests.
  • Liaise with clients and conduct research on clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare documents to company standards.
  • Attend team meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of client and internal seminars/events.
  • Support the proposal process for new client bids.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the audit department.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reception cover as part of the PA team.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
  • Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in Microsoft tools and an interest in AI tools.
  • Strong English language skills (spoken, written, and listening).
