Investments Administrator

Our client is seeking an Investments Administrator to join the Asset Servicing team within their Investments Department. This role involves assisting with key investment operations, including dividends processing, corporate actions, and asset reconciliation. It offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in financial services, particularly within the life assurance or investment sectors.

Job Duties:

  • Input dividends and asset standing data into relevant systems.
  • Assist with corporate action processing and settlement activities.
  • Support custodian asset reconciliation processes.
  • Handle client, IFA, and internal queries related to asset servicing.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience within the life assurance or investment/fund industry is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
