Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to support a range of administrative tasks within their corporate services team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in corporate administration, with exposure to various aspects of client services and business processes. Job Duties:
- Prepare payment instructions, review supporting documents, and conduct verification calls.
- Understand different client categories and their specific requirements.
- Monitor receipt of funds and provide confirmation upon arrival.
- Draft correspondence, including emails, letters, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with opening bank accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Update and manage client and company data within internal systems.
- Handle safe custody items and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Support the completion of checklists, new business take-on forms, and compliance checks.
- Assist with client due diligence and regulatory filings.
- Address review points and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and scheduling meetings.
- Answer phone calls and take messages for colleagues.
- Ensure daily completion of timesheets.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
- Some office or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop through professional qualifications and on-the-job training.
- Interest in corporate services, financial markets, and fiduciary services is advantageous.
