Our client is seeking an Administrator to support their Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to specialise in a growing area of financial services while developing key administrative and technical skills. Working closely with senior team members, the successful candidate will assist in client communications, trustee resolutions, payment processing, record management, and the maintenance of online administration portals. This permanent position is full-time, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule of 35 hours per week and the potential for hybrid working.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the administration of a portfolio of clients, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Support other team members with administration tasks based on client requirements.
- Develop knowledge of online administration portals and trust accounting systems.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare resolutions for trustees, client instructions, and payments.
- Update registers, trust records, and online administration platforms.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritise daily workload effectively.
- Work under the supervision of senior team members, taking on increasing responsibilities over time.
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to handle tasks independently, using initiative and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to delivering service excellence.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work.
- Ideally, one to two years of experience in a similar role or a related area of financial services.
- Good working knowledge of online filing systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with online systems and banking platforms.
- Interest in using technology to enhance client service.
