Temporary Marketing Executive - 12 months

Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic Commercial team on a 12-month temporary, full-time basis. This is a varied and hands-on role that will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, business development, communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining consistent messaging, supporting brand development, and implementing digital tools and AI platforms to enhance marketing efficiency.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing and business development campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Draft, edit, and manage content including news releases, articles, newsletters, case studies, award submissions, and marketing collateral
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media channels
  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
  • Assist in feedback collection to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare credentials and pitch materials, including coordinating RFP submissions
  • Track leads and business development opportunities using CRM systems
  • Support intermediary engagement through contact list management and collateral preparation
  • Track engagement metrics and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, sponsorships, and conferences across jurisdictions
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Maintain the company’s industry presence and external visibility opportunities
  • Coordinate and report on CSR activities and support ESG campaign delivery
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to digital processes and platforms
  • Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and trends
  • Use AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to improve marketing efficiency
  • Assist in internal campaign delivery in collaboration with the People & Culture team
  • Create and publish internal news, announcements, and SharePoint content
  • Support the rollout and training of marketing and BD tools and templates across the group
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Commercial strategy and group OKRs
  • Uphold the company’s values and vision in all areas of work

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of grade B in English Language at GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Recognised Marketing qualification, preferably at undergraduate degree level, with a commitment to ongoing development
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the finance sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong research skills with the ability to question and apply learning
  • Confident in using a range of IT and marketing platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of high service standards in a client-facing environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours and team requirements
  • Willingness to travel for development and marketing initiatives
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and capable of working independently
