Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Client Delivery Support team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week), based in Jersey. This is a key role within the client lifecycle process, providing administrative and financial management support to ensure efficient working capital control. The position supports client-facing teams across the business with tasks including billing, engagement setup, and credit control activities.
Job Duties:
- Assist client-facing Senior Managers and Managers with their working capital responsibilities.
- Maintain and update engagement setup details such as internal roles, payment terms, code status, and recovery alignments.
- Draft, finalise, and process billing including issuing credit notes, billing amendments, and creating billing schedules.
- Allocate billing to appropriate cost centres and assist with monthly and year-end financial processes.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with maintaining accurate debt collection records.
- Liaise with clients’ accounts payable teams to resolve queries, and collaborate with the internal cash allocations team.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of financial management processes and client finance operations.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and responsive administrative support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system issues.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in handling data.
- Capable of interpreting financial data and producing reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels internally and externally.
- Previous experience working with financial data and basic financial analysis is desirable.
