Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support their Private Banking team and assist in the servicing of clients. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in banking to develop their career.
Job Duties:
- Assisting with day-to-day client service activities
- Receiving and processing client instructions, including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits and corporate actions
- Communicating with clients to resolve queries, carrying out call backs, and arranging online banking activations
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products and services, working with Relationship Managers to convert leads
- Contributing towards financial targets and client revenue goals
- Assisting with projects and large-scale system tasks as required
- Supporting the timely completion of client risk reviews
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant rules, regulations, and bank policies
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient IT skills
- Keen interest in banking and a desire to learn about products and services
- Previous banking experience (desirable but not essential)
- Proactive approach to suggesting new ideas and process improvements
- Ability to think creatively and show enthusiasm for change
