Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their growing team based in the Isle of Man. This full-time permanent role involves delivering high-quality regulatory compliance services within the eGaming sector, particularly focusing on AML/CFT/CPF frameworks. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of clients, acting as MLRO, DMLRO and/or AML/CFT Compliance Officer, ensuring they remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
Job Duties:
- Act as MLRO, DMLRO and/or AML/CFT Compliance Officer for a portfolio of eGaming clients
- Support clients with regulatory licensing, compliance monitoring, and reporting obligations
- Design and implement AML/CFT/CPF risk frameworks tailored to different eGaming business models
- Develop client reporting and monitoring systems in line with regulatory codes
- Provide expert compliance advice to clients and offer practical solutions to challenges
- Draft and maintain internal and client-facing compliance policies and procedures
- Contribute to and implement comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Plans
- Collaborate with Licensing and Corporate Governance teams to deliver seamless service
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a compliance role within the eGaming industry, ideally with B2C operations
- Previous experience as MLRO, DMLRO and/or AML/CFT Compliance Officer
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT/CPF frameworks and the wider regulatory environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven track record of professional development and staying current with industry standards
