Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves the day-to-day administration of client structures, with a focus on maintaining accurate records, supporting client managers, and processing payments and documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Job Duties:
- Complete administration tasks in line with established workflows and procedures
- Maintain accurate client and structure data to support efficient service delivery
- Support the opening of bank accounts and ensure all related documentation is processed accurately
- Process payments in line with company policy and regulatory requirements, including AML, sanctions and CFT rules
- Collaborate with client managers to meet client needs and complete administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with third-party providers or agents to execute client transactions
- File documents electronically and physically in accordance with records management policies
- Record time accurately and ensure utilisation targets are met for proper client billing
- Escalate issues in a timely manner where necessary to avoid backlogs or risk
- Support group projects and contribute to team goals as required
- Commit to continued professional development and maintain up-to-date CPD
Job Requirements:
- Good understanding of KYC, AML, CFT and GDPR requirements
- Experience working with NavOne and familiarity with document management practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly with external parties
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and know when to escalate issues
- Ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations
- Studying towards a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA, or holding a relevant degree or A-levels
