Senior Company Administrator, Aviation & Yachting

Our client is seeking a Senior Company Administrator, Aviation and Yachting to join their Client Services team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is based in the Republic of Ireland and will be supported by their Isle of Man head office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with some flexibility to be agreed. The role involves managing a portfolio of asset-owning companies with responsibilities ranging from incorporation to liquidation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards, and maintaining exceptional client service.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a portfolio of aviation and yachting asset-holding companies
  • Act as Director on assigned companies and carry out full company secretarial duties
  • Manage incorporation, VAT registration, invoicing, and day-to-day administration
  • Liaise with internal departments including accounts, compliance, management, and directors
  • Maintain compliance with Department of Justice regulations, company law, and VAT rules
  • Support onboarding of new business and manage dissolutions, liquidations, and statutory filings
  • Prepare board meeting documentation, company minutes, risk assessments, and company reviews
  • Communicate and liaise with clients, intermediaries, legal advisors, banks, and government registries
  • Open and maintain bank accounts, arrange payments, and support credit control processes
  • Stay informed of relevant legislative updates and best practices
  • Participate in training and contribute to broader departmental tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in company administration, ideally in aviation and yachting
  • Comprehensive understanding of company law, VAT regulations, and asset-specific rules
  • Experience acting as a director and managing full company lifecycles
  • Proficient in corporate governance, client communication, and regulatory filings
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a client-focused mindset
  • A commitment to continued professional development
